User Agreement
1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding document that governs the use of the service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms their full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. Should the User disagree with any of the terms, they are required to discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Limitation of Liability
2.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration makes no warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of operability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity with expectations.
2.2. The Administration shall not be liable for:
- Any losses (including loss of profit, data, or reputation) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service;
- Actions or omissions of third parties;
- The content, legality, quality, or accuracy of goods, services, or information obtained through the Service;
- Technical failures, errors, delays in operation, or unavailability of the Service.
2.3. All risks associated with the use of the Service are borne entirely by the User.
3. Restrictions
3.1. The User undertakes to independently assess the legality of their actions while using the Service.
3.2. The use of the Service for any activity that contravenes applicable legislation is strictly prohibited.
3.3. The Administration reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice or explanation, to:
- Restrict or block the User's access to the Service;
- Remove any information;
- Suspend or terminate the Service in whole or in part.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. The Administration may collect the minimum amount of technical data necessary for the Service to function.
4.2. The Administration does not guarantee the complete security or anonymity of transmitted data.
5. Amendments to the Agreement
5.1. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement at any time, with prior notice.
5.2. Continued use of the Service following any amendments shall constitute the User's acceptance of the new terms.
6. Governing Law
6.1. All matters and disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction determined by the Administration.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. As the Service provides digital goods and/or services of an intangible nature, returns and exchanges following delivery are not permitted.
7.2. Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:
- Where the service was not rendered due to technical issues on the part of the Service;
- Where the User was not granted access to the digital product.
7.3. To request a refund, the User must contact the Service's support team within 24 hours of payment, providing the order number and contact details.
7.4. Refund decisions are made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.
